Replacing home mechanics, appliance etc.... can get pricey, knowing an approximate life on these items can help you budget and also make smart choices as a buyer. Buyer's may want to factor in the replacement cost of the item when negotiating the offer. Negotiation repairs is often one of the most important parts of a sale transaction.
